Tutti Harp aka Garb
Maksymilian Wiśniewski, polski producent i muzyk z Gorzowa Wielkopolskiego. Charakterystyczne brzmienie Tutti Harp łączy ze sobą marzycielską, nieuchwytną atmosferę dronowych przestrzeni z procesem dekonstrukcji klasycznych gatunków techno i dubu. Za pomocą systemu modularnego oraz analogowych maszyn tworzy nieprzewidywalne improwizowane, dźwiękowe impresje, które jak sam mówi są dla niego sposobem na uwolnienie “trapiących go demonów, uczuć i emocji”.

Swoja muzykę dotychczas prezentował w takich labelach jak szwedzkie Purlieu Recordings czy polskie Pionierska i DYM Records, z którym jest związany od samego początku istnienia wytwórni. Z Mef'em współtworzył samozwańczy duet emo / techno Próżnia, którego nagrania również ukazały się labelu Purlieu Recordings.
